Cobras Promoted to C1 for 2026

📣 CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT – PROMOTION TO C1 📣

We’re excited to share that our club has officially been promoted to C1 for the upcoming PFL season!

This is a huge moment for us and something we’ve been working towards for a long time. The opportunity to step up a grade reflects the hard work of our players, coaches, volunteers, committee members, sponsors, and supporters over many years.

Our journey has been a long one — starting down in C4, climbing our way through the ranks, and now earning our place in C1. It’s a big step for the club, and the hard work, resilience, and commitment shown by so many people along the way has made this possible.

We also know this next step brings new challenges, and we’re ready for them. We believe we’re in the strongest position we’ve ever been as a club to make this move work, and we’re committed to putting in the work required to succeed at this level.

Coach Marty Atkins shared his thoughts on the promotion:

“This is a great step forward for the club and a reward for the hard work put in across the board. Moving into C1 will bring new challenges, but they’re challenges we’re ready for.”

President Andrew Pearce also reflected on the achievement:

“This promotion marks the progress we’ve made over many years and the collective effort of everyone involved with the club. The journey from C4 to C1 hasn’t been easy, but it shows what resilience, belief, and consistent hard work can achieve. This is a proud moment for all of us.”

Our goal now is simple: establish ourselves in C1 and continue building a strong, competitive club with momentum for years to come.
